Please note: Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Fees

We provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $40+, while if not, you need to pay $10 for the shipping fee. Please note, for larger items such as the F1 Smart Fan and trainers, an additional $50 shipping fee may apply for delivery to certain remote regions due to high shipping costs. You will be informed of any applicable charges during checkout.

Delivery Time

You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time.

The time frame of all orders delivery is divided into two parts:

*In cases of force majeure, such as earthquake, typhoon, flood or tsunami; war, municipal engineering construction, or other government policies. You may experience delayed processing and/or shipping time frames. We’re working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and will share updates with you via email as soon as they become available.

Duties & Taxes

At CYCPLUS, we offer a hassle-free shipping experience to our customers. All our shipments are handled as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost. You can shop with confidence knowing that there will be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for larger items like the F1 Smart Fan and trainers shipping to remote areas. Any additional fees will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.

In the rare event that any unexpected customs duties are incurred, please contact our customer service at steven@cycplus.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Canada Shipping Update

Please be advised that due to recent increases in shipping fees to Canada, we are currently unable to guarantee standard shipping costs. In addition, any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that Canadian customers review potential charges before placing an order.
